Jakarta 16th December 2011, Happy Christmas around the world. This year Royal Tots Academy world class children showcased different ways to celebrate Christmas from different countries and cultures.

Last week, the children at Royal Tots Academy were busy being scientists and discoverers!
Each class took an aspect of science and explored the science topics. Some classes watched hot air balloons being lifted into the sky, other classes, watched as the combination of baking soda and vinegar combusted to fill the air in balloons.

Traditionally Independence Day is celebrated with a holiday. But at Royal Tots Academy, we felt it was a time for the children to get to know about the heritage and culture of the nation they live in. Throughout the week, many activities were held which the children could learn about the traditions and culture of Indonesia.
Story telling sessions about the heroes of Indonesia, puppet plays using traditional puppets, traditional children’s movies were all part of the festivities which assisted the children in gaining a deeper understanding about the Indonesian culture.

What an exciting day the children from Royal Tots Academy had today! They all made bunny baskets and crept along the corridor so that they would not frighten the bunny away. In the Dry Garden they found that the bunny had made lots of nests, and in each nest was lots of little chocolate eggs.

Jakarta 14th – 15th April, The Kuningan Place, The Great Artist Exhibition is being held at Royal Tots Academy, this is an opportunity to showcase the artistic skills of the children in Early Childhood. Jakarta, Kuningan Place – 15th December 2010, Royal Tots Academy and Seven Strings held their first Christmas pageant. The audience was mesmerized by the confidence and independence shown by the young students of Royal Tots Academy.
Each student had a particular part to play in the nativity scene and each line was said with confident English. The music and drama was especially exciting as each child moved to the Christmas songs.
